Fela was seated on the toilet when MH & I showed up for today’s shift. After handover from BK and also she explaining a body map she drew about Fela to us, we rang CC informed her of Fela’s sleep and she advised and also told us to meet up with her when we are going shopping so we can take petty cash. We got Fela ready, packed all need essentials for the shopping trip and we went to meet up with CC for cash and followed up to Lidl, we all went inside to shop, packed and Fela used the toilet before we came to the car. He had his snack, then MH drove us to Burselm park where we were able to complete 20 minutes of walk and Fela requested for car and had 400ml bottle water to drink. We got to the butcher’s where Fela remained in the car as I went to buy some meat and returned to the car. We headed home, unpacked the shopping, Fela had his supplements and waited for lunch to be ready, he came to the table said prayer and ate when lunch was ready and he helped dry the dishes too. He was vocal when he went to the lounge, CC & MC dropped by to give some education items, card and also items for the house. They came in to say hello to Fela and mama spent some time with him also she advised a clam music since Fela was vocal as this will help calm him down. She gave him head massage and Fela was calm after the massage they said good bye to us and left. Fela wrote a card for Nanna Hazel, started writing a song which was attached and after that he visited the toilet, washed his hands and came to have his snack (40g keto Fruit, 2tbsps Yoghurt) we offered this as there was no recipe for the new snack (Spicy Keto nuts). WA came in and we completed handover .
