Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath at around 21:45 and he did his routine well. He was in bed with lights out for 10:15. He was asleep for 10:45. Fela slept until 2am he used the toilet and then got back into bed. He went back to sleep around 4;45 and then slept until 7:20 he had supplements fruit and tea. And then he did his routine. He came downstairs and had breakfast he is just taking his supplements.
