Arrived for my shift with MH, SS handed over, Fela was happy in morning, we started with the chores and waited for the nurse’s arrival. The nurse arrived at 10:48, dressed Fela’s keloids and then spoke to CC, the nurse said she will be visiting on Wednesday so her next visit will be on the 7th of next month. At 11:30 the nurse was done and we got ready for shopping, on arrival at Lidl, Fela join us to shop as he pulled the cart along. He has his smoothie in the car after the shopping and we drove off to the butcher’s, he stayed in the car as I went into the shop, Adam asked of Fela and I told him he is relaxed in his car and didn’t want to join me. Adam extended his greeting and we left for the house. We removed Fela’s T-shirt and left the vest on and gave him shorts to wear as the weather was warm. He had an hour nap after lunch, woke up to his snack after using the toilet (pass urine). Handed over to WA.
