I arrived for my shoft and fela was just getting his apron on. I went and said hello to fella. Fela then got his apron on and sat down said prayer with Emma. Fela then had his breakfast, we then had handover from Emma.
Emma left and I went into fela to prompt him to finish taking his supplements. Once finished he took his apron and glass into the kitchen. Fela then and sat on the sofa and I went through the board with fela. Fela then relaxed listening to music. While I went and deep cleaned the shower room, clenaed all mirrors upstairs and started making fela bed.
At 10.15am fela had his snack. He was very nosiy while having this. Shortly after wards we got our shoes on and fela used the toielt and past urine. We then left at 11am and headed to freshways. On arrival fela and Dan stayed in car while I went in to freshways. When finished in freshways we headed to Tunstall Park and pleasant walk around Tunstall Park we walked for about 30min, we then headed for car. We all got in car then headed to tesco to collect the shopping. On arriving at tesco fela waited in the car while we loaded the shopping into boot. We then pulled up into parking space and fela had his lunch and then his cake. Once fela had finished ww headed for home.
On arriving home at 1pm we carried all the shopping and fela removed all of his outerware went sat on the sofa fela relaxed listeneing to music. While myself and dan finsihed putting shopping away. Dan then updated the board with fela.
Fela relaxed we then did makaton if happy and know then prompted fela to touch different body parts. He did this very well and full of lots of smiles. Myself and Dan then went sat at the table and started playing prickly hedgehogs. Fela was unsure at 1st and remained on the sofa so we carried on playing. Fela them came over and joined in he did this well and listned to prompts to wait his turn and how many spines to put in hedge, after wards we showed fela som flash cards of body parts and got him to point to his body. Fela did very well was vocal throughout but played well. We also had game of kalplunk fela seemed to enjoy watching marbles roll. I then got ready to tidy but fela got body parts and words cards out of wallet and lined them a long the table, he pointed to word myself abd Dan would tell fela what it said he would at times point to thst part of body on himself with out prompts, he did this for ( chin,mouth, leg,arm,elbow ankle) we would also find the matching picture abd pair them up and then fela put them in a pile. Until they were all matched. He also pointed to following body’s with verbal promtes (tounge,eyes,ears,ankle). Fela was vocal thought. Once all cards were collected fela signed finish i tidy up and fela went to toielt and past urine. Once finsihed he went sat on the sofa.
At 3.30pm fela had his snack relaxed on sofa listneing to music.
