Fela was out of bath at 9:35. I assisted him to dry himself, he then brushed his teeth and we went to his room for his evening routine. He was in bed by 9:55, after his massage he slept at 10:10. He slept through till 1:25 where i prompted him to use the toilet, i went to check his bed and it was dry. He was back in bed and slept back at 4:10.
He woke up at 6:30 and I opened his curtains and greeted him. We cane downstairs for his shower and he took his supplements before. He then brushed his teeth and had breakfast followed with his supplements. We went upstairs to get ready for the day. We returned and he settled in the lounge and we did handover with day staff.
