Shift Report:
Arrived for my evening shift at Fela’s. BK & WA gave handover, Fela was seated having his snack in the lounge, waved at him and returned back as he asked for 5 minutes. The TEACCH board was updated with him and went through with him. He did gym ball exercises for 15 minutes and came for his dinner and hit chocolate drink. He had a shave and used his shoulder massage and served his snack. He spoke to mama and his bath was ran and assisted as well. Relaxed in the bathtub.
