Came on shift with Kingsley and Ruth, Fela was awake upstairs sitting on his bed and vocal,did hoovering down stairs as Fela was having his morning shower, came down stairs had his supplements and breakfast followed by toungle drum, went for a walk in the neighbourhood for about 40 minutes, came back had his snack, lunch and a nap in the couch, woke up had his snack , i did some story telling then he did some painting and lummi sticks with Daniel, Daniel his facial while i did his keriods , Daniel prepared for Felas bath routine while he was calmly sitted in the lounge , generaly Fela has been calm since mid morning after going for a walk
