I arrived for my shift Fela was sat watching DVD never been kissed, i went and said hello to Fela. I then went and had handover from Emma and jade , they both then left.
I went and updated the board with fela, he was full of smiles for the plans, marc then went and cooked the dinner while i did some admin work with it begin the end of them month and i could also interact with fela as i was on the computer in the lounge, once fela film had finished he did some foot physio and we also did hug and tug. fela then had his supplements .
we then sat down for dinner fela said prayer with marc and ate his dinner, he then had his hot chocolate. Once fela had finished he went and sat in his rocking chair. Board was updated. fela then relaxed and let his dinner settle. i then gave fela a facial trim then cleaned and cream fela face and place a plaster on fela left keliod as it was bleeding.
Shortly after we got our shoes on, fela used the toilet and past urine we got out jacket on and left to go on a neighbourhood walk, we walked for 30 mintues and fela seemed to be really enjoying this walk and was full of lots of smiles. On returning home fela took of his outer ear and went and sat at the table and had his snack and sleep well tea.
Marc then promoted fela in to the bathroom he sat on the toilet and had bowel movement then got in to the bath, marc supported fela with his personal hygiene.
On writing this report fela is relaxing in the bath
