Fela went to bed at approximately 10:05 p.m. and fell asleep by 10:10 p.m. He slept soundly until 4:17 a.m., when I prompted him to use the toilet. He responded quickly and returned to his room; the bed was dry. I encouraged him to settle back to sleep, but he remained awake, though calm and settled in bed.
At 6:30 a.m., I went to his room and found him vocally unhappy. He came downstairs, took his pre-shower supplements with a glass of water, and then had a shower. He was offered breakfast, which he eventually finished, though slowly, as he was still vocally unhappy.
Day staff arrived while Fela was taking his supplements. Handover was given, and petty cash was checked and signed.
