If the District Nurse turns up, and Fela is not dressed and downstairs, please DO NOT invite the nurse upstairs to Fela's bedroom. This is an intrusion on Fela's private space by a stranger when he is still waking up.
When the district nurse visits, the instruction is to telephone Carla before he or she leaves. This has not been happening. The only person I remember doing this recently is Dan.
