Evening Supplements.

Hi Everyone.

From today 25th of May 2020, Fela will be having his Ginger, Turmeric and Bromelain tablet twice daily.

This will be :-
One Ginger, Turmeric and Bromelain on waking.

One Ginger, Turmeric and Bromelain, Evening Supplements.

Please can we make sure that Fela has his evening medication at 5.30pm no later, this is due to the Ginger, Turmeric and Bromelain having a diuretic effect.
