After seeing Fela today, it is clear that he still has a chesty cough although I was told that he did not cough yesterday. Kingsley administered Willow ark this morning, and I have rubbed Fela with Tiger Balm this afternoon.
Therefore, it is important that we resume full treatment from tomorrow. Please follow the Guide to Cold/Flu treament in particular:
-Willow bark x 2 after breakfast
-Willow bark x 2 after dinner
-Lemon, ginger, honey tea (at least once per day)
-Tiger balm rub on back, chest, throat, forehead, behind ears.
You will need to write down Willow Bark x 2 administered on the side of the Food Record to inform those coming on shift when he has taken it. You will then need to complete a Medicines Administered Report so that I can see it has been done.
Please DO NOT discontinue treatment until I have instructed you to do so. The last Medicine Administered Report was on Tuesday which means that Fela has not had any Willow Bark for four days.
