We have just received the letter to confirm that Fela will be having cryosurgery on his facial keloids on Wednesday 14 September. Carla, Michael and Claire will be accompanying Fela to the hospital in Birmingham from the day before.
Fela's surgery will take place in the morning and he is expected to be discharged later the same day. The district nursing team should be on hand to support Fela and guide the team post surgery.
Further details will be given as the date approaches.
