Hi Everyone.
Please can we make sure, that if its my day off or I'm on annual leave, that we take any important mail to Michael and Carla.
Today I have come back, after my annual leave and an important letter, dated the 5th of February was at the house, had this been an emergency cancellation appointment, we could well have missed it, so it is vital that this does not happen again.
Please can we all be very vigilant about this, it's extremely important.
