Please be informed that there will be no Sunday visit on 26 July as Carla and Michael will be taking the day off from hosting.
For Sunday lunch please make Slow-cooker miso beef with brown basmati rice (stage 2) in the Natural Doctor recipe folder.
You will need to ensure you have all the ingredients including meat by Friday.
The meat will need to be put in the slow cooker from Saturday night.
You can have your usual takeaway from the Milton Chippy for dinner.
